I ordered a dress off E dresses Global back in December to fit my measurements. When I got the dress it did not sit properly.

I emailed the company and asked to return it, they insisted I sent photos and keep the dress, so I did. They said to go to a dress makers and they'd refund the price. I emailed them over two weeks ago, to the actual guy I was emailing before and the company. I have heard nothing!!

I'm so annoyed!

Do NOT waste your time buying from them.. They have a horrible service and are very misleading!

Monetary Loss: $60.

After reading your comments I cancelled my order to this company (they gave the impression they were New Zealand based!!) Managed to get a refund through Paypal who were very helpful......................
