I am completely outraged at the way in which I have been handled as a customer. Firstly the dress arrived 1 month late, I have also not been issued with a returns slip and finally after all of that a supposedly custom made dress is damaged with there being a visible issue with the seaming right at the front of the dress and in addition the box it came in had previously been opened before it arrived at my house. I would appreciate a reply very quickly as I am very unhappy about the service and need to be able to return the damaged dress and receive my refund.

Monetary Loss: $80.
