I Ordered a dress on line from The confirmation comes in the name of e dresses global. A dress arrives which is very different to the dress ordered.

Then the exact same scenario happens for me as as for every one else. I request for the correct dress to made or 100% refund. They say don't worry its been passed to a different department. Then the daily emails come.

First with the offer of the $30 refund, Then $50 refund, then $80 refund. This is where we are at at the moment. I am about to contact Visa to try and have their Merchant facilities cancelled. Ill be using everyone else's complaints on this site to add to the evidence.

The strange thing is that my daughters friend ordered a dress from the same site and the correct dress arrived in the correct time frame.

Monetary Loss: $150.
